Foodtrip Cloud Kitchen is an extension of the popular Foodtrip Market where there are different food brands that you can get in one place and delivery.
Owner - Lourdes Federis is the founder and organizer of Food Trip Festival - The biggest Filipino Food Festival in Manitoba since 2017. It is a two-day festival attracting top industry professionals, restaurateurs, chefs and all food aficionados mostly Filipinos.
Our mission is simple: create a legitimate platform for talented, independent street food businesses; improve the quality of food served on Winnipeg’s streets; and create delicious and fun experiences for everyone!
Due to the pandemic this year, we have to cancel all Food Trip markets along with other festivals and markets. In order to continue to support small food entrepreneurs, we brought together 4 selected Food Trip vendors at a single location in 1045 St. James St., Wpg. Since our opening in May 1, we have successfully operating as a shared kitchen restaurant and able to offer our customers the option to mix and match their favourite Food Trip favourites through dine-in, pick up and delivery.
Through this, we are able to bridge the gap between the demand of our users and the selection of food options, as well as lower the cost that the merchants spend on rental costs.
Foodtrip Kitchen is the first single-kitchen concept of its food market service which aims to help food entrepreneurs start a sustainable, scalable and successful business for a low cost!
